Why direct selling gets a bad name

Stock that was never held, a dispatch date invented to win the order, and a returns process designed to tire you out.

How we work

Hold it, describe it, dispatch when promised

Listing products you don't hold turns every order into a waiting game, and the customer finds out last. Selling from stock keeps the promise honest even when the range is smaller.

Descriptions prevent most returns. Size, quantity and specification stated plainly at the point of ordering means fewer parcels coming back and fewer disappointed buyers.

And returns should be ordinary. Consumers have 14 days to change their mind, by law, and treating that as a cost of doing business is simply more honest than making it an obstacle course.
