What we do, in detail

Four parts of the same thing: what we sell, how it reaches you, trade supply, and what happens if you change your mind.

Program 01 · Stock we actually hold

What we sell

Listing stock we hold keeps delivery promises honest. Each product is described with its size, quantity and specification, because the most common cause of a return is a description that left something out.

Program 02 · Dates we can keep

Ordering & delivery

You get a confirmation showing what you bought and what it cost, and a dispatch date we can actually meet. If something turns out to be unavailable we tell you the same day and refund rather than leaving the order open.

Program 03 · Quoted per order

Trade & bulk supply

Businesses buying regularly get agreed pricing and a simple route to reorder. Lead times are confirmed before you commit, because a quoted price with an unknown delivery date isn't much use to anyone running a schedule.

Program 04 · Your rights, not our policy

Returns & support

Consumers buying at a distance have 14 days from delivery to cancel most orders, and separate rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Those rights exist regardless of any policy, so we state them plainly and process returns quickly rather than making it tiring.
